Abstract (PubMed)
Retrospective cohort study (target trial emulation) using OneFlorida+ EHR data (2014-2024). 86,632 matched adults with obesity (43,317 GLP-1RA users vs 43,315 nonusers, PSM 1:1). Primary outcomes: incidence of 14 cancers. GLP-1RAs associated with lower overall cancer risk (HR 0.83; 95% CI 0.76–0.91; P=0.002). Significant reductions for endometrial (HR 0.75), ovarian (HR 0.53), and meningioma (HR 0.69).
