Abstract (PubMed)
Letter responding to criticism of Bryant et al. meta-analysis on ivermectin for COVID-19. Authors defend inclusion of Elgazzar study (removed following complaint, not retracted), and report sensitivity analysis excluding Elgazzar: mortality reduction 49% (aRR 0.51, 95% CI 0.27–0.95), COVID-19 infection reduction 87% (aRR 0.13, 95% CI 0.08–0.21). Authors argue results are 'virtually unchanged' from original analysis.
